Dear all,

The international community of Bronze Age scholars is mourning another sad loss. Professor Hermann Müller-Karpe passed away on September 20th.

Without his achievements our understanding of the European Bronze Age would be much diminished, his example has inspired generations of younger scholars, and his legacy no doubt will continue to influence much of our own work.
